Are the CADET Residence apartments accessible for diseable people ?

The residence has a studio for 3 people accessible to wheelchairs. It is located on the ground floor. The bathroom with a shower is suitable for people with reduced mobility

What services do you provide?

Our concept « Home away from home » offers apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. This gives you more space and autonomy than in a hotel room. A reception service is available 7 days a week from 7am to 22h for any questions about your stay, the neighborhood or Paris.

A maintenance service is available from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Thank you to report any dysfunction at the reception that will require intervention

A free cleaning service is offered for stays of more than 3 nights with a change of towels and for stays longer than 6 nights with a change of sheets and towels. Extra cleaning costs 30€

Do you provide a daily housekeeping service?

No, we do not make daily cleaning service. A free cleaning service is offered for stays of more than 3 nights with a change of towels. For stays of more than 6 nights there is a change of sheets and towels. Fees of 30€ for en extra cleaning

Is final cleaning included?

The end-of-stay cleaning is included except for the dishes and the kitchen that are your responsibility.

We thank you for leaving them clean and tidy before leaving the apartment. A check will be made with you on the day of departure. Otherwise, you will be charged 25 €.

To help you maintain your apartment throughout your stay, we offer a kit "Air Pur" for 25 € which contains ecological products: 1 dishwashing liquid ecological 125 ml, 1 ecological cleaner multi purpose 125 ml, 1 125 ml eco-friendly washing machine liquid detergent, 6 eco-friendly dishwashing tablets, 1 vegetable and scraping double-sided sponge, 1 vegetable sponge, 1 30 L trash bag, 2 5 L ecological trash bags for the bathroom baths and 1 roll of toilet paper.

Are the apartments heated and / or air-conditioned?

All apartments have a heating system and are equipped with air conditioning to cool off in the summer. They are all equipped with an individual thermostat which allows you to adjust at your convenience the temperature of your home.

Do you have extra beds available?

The residence does not have extra beds. The number of people allowed per apartment can not exceed the maximum number for reasons of security and insurance except in the case of a child under 2 years

Are the apartments equipped with a washing machine?

No, we did not install a washing machine either in the apartments or in the residence. A self-service launderette, located rue Trévise, 5 minutes walk from the residence, is open 7/7 from 7am to 22h.

REGISTRATION AND DEPARTURE

At what time can I register?

You can check in every day from 7am until 9:50 pm. Key collection is from 16H until 22H unless availability allows before and at no additional cost. Tell us your estimated time of arrival and we will do our best to prepare your apartment on time. For an early arrival, we advise you to reserve the day before. Thus, you are sure to be able to enter into your apartment upon your arrival.

Attention, if you are not able to arrive before 22H, thank you to let us know. So, we can communicate you the instructions of access to your apartment by e-mail.

Can I leave my luggage if key collection is not possible before 16H?

The residence has a room to store your luggage on the day of arrival as well ad the day of departure from 7 am until 9.45 pm. It's free

At what time do I have to leave the apartment?

The departure time is at 10 am in order to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

Please contact the reception to find out if you can leave the accommodation later. Note that we can keep your luggage free of charge on the day of departure until 9.50 pm

LOCATION AND ACCESS

How can I arrive at the CADET residence?

It depends on which train station or airport you come from. All details are available on the Location page. If you need more details, send us an e mail or use Contact fom. You will precisely locate the residence on Google map

Where can I park my car?

The residence offers places in the car park located under the residence. The rental price is 25 € per day. Please book in advance as space is limited.

Where can I buy tickets for public transport?

Traveling to Paris by public transport is simple and convenient. You can buy tickets in a subway station, airports or train stations.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Can I change or cancel a reservation?

If you have booked directly on our website, contact us to request a change or cancellation either by phone or by e-mail. If you have booked through an travel agency, we invite you to contact it. Please be aware that only the booking at the Flexible rate can be canceled free of charge 1 day before arrival

Can I change the name of the guest?

You can change the names of the guests of the apartment and pay the stay for someone else. In this case, we thank you for contacting us directly by e-mail.

How can I change my booking?

We understand that changes to travel plans may occur. Depending on the conditions of sales and especially availability, we can change the dates of your reservation with sometimes a rate adjustment. Contact us with all the details of the booking and we will do our best to find a solution

May I cancel my reservation ?

What happens when I do not use the apartment?

Depending on the reasons for the no-show, we can consider a refund but most often we offer a credit to consume within 6 months after the initial date of reservation based on availability.

PAYMENTS

How can I pay for my reservation?

When you make a reservation on the official website of the residence and you select the rates proposed you will be asked to pay the full amount in advance except in case you choose the flexible rate cancelable without fees 24 hours before the date arrival.

It is possible to pay with any credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and American Express. The credit card used to pay for the stay will be requested upon arrival and an ID.

Can you provide me with a invoice for the stay?

On the day of departure ask the reception to give you your invoice. If you have booked through a travel agency, please contact the travel agency for an invoice

POLITIQUE APPARTEMENT

How many people can stay in the apartment?

The number of persons in the apartment depends on the apartment category chosen at the time of booking. Children are included in the total allowed number of guests. Indeed, it is not possible to add extra beds but only a cot for children up to 2 years old.

Do you offer a different rate for adults and children?

No, we do not offer a different rate. Prices on the site cadetresidence.com are displayed per apartment according to occupancy, whether occupants are adults or children

SERVICES & OTHERS QUESTIONS

Do you offer baby cots?

Cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request for children up to 2 years old. Please contact the reception to reserve a cot or high chair as soon as possible. Their number is limited.

Can I use Wi-Fi for free?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and public areas of the residence 24/7.

Should I bring my hair dryer?

Save space in your luggage! In all apartments, hairdryers are available for free.

Should I bring soap and shampoo?

No because shampoo, shower gel, soap bar, tooth glass, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets and tea towels are provided. If you need more, contact reception between 7H and 21H45.

In addition, we are selling a very complete « Air Pur » kit at a price of € 25, in a reusable cloth bag that includes one 125ml ecological dishwashing liquid, one 125ml ecological multipurpose cleaner, and one 125ml ecological washing liquid detergent. linen, 6 eco-friendly tablets for the dishwasher, 1 vegetable and scratch-resistant double-sided sponge, 1 vegetable sponge, 1 30 L trash bag, 2 ecological 5 L trash bags for the bathroom and 1 roll of toilet paper.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are allowed at an extra charge of € 10 per night

Should I bring sheets and towels?

All apartments are provided with bed linen as well as a large and a small towel per person. The beds are made on arrival. All apartments have one large double bed (160x190) which can, on request at the reservation, turn into 2 twin beds. All other beds are single beds (80x190). Tell us upon booking what type of bedding you prefer.

Please note that towels are changed only when staying longer than 3 nights. If you require extra towels and / or sheets, please contact reception during your stay. Additional fees apply.

Do you provide a daily housekeeping service?

No, we do not provide a daily housekeeping service as part of our concept "Home away from home" to preserve your privacy. A free cleaning service is offered only for stays of more than 3 nights with a change of towels. For stays longer than 6 nights, there is a change of sheets with the change of towels. A fee of € 30 is applicable for any additional cleaning.

Do you offer breakfast service ?

As part of our concept "Home away from home", we offer apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and a refrigerator to prepare your meals. Besides , the residence does not have a breakfast room or restaurant.

Nevertheless, to help you out, we offer morning snacks at the price of 12 € per person or 36 € for a family or group of 4 people. They contain coffee, tea and milk chocolate powder in the second case as well as sugar, jam and biscuits of excellent quality.

We can show you the nearest supermarket to make food shopping, or if you do not feel like cooking, the best places in the area to please you.
